One current COGGINS paper is required per horse.  1 Horse, 1 set of papers with correct color marking on Coggins. The date of examination and return of results shall be within 1 year to be current and have NEGATIVE results. Outside that 1 year and you will not be allowed to enter the site.  No exceptions.

Veterinarians or health papers are not acceptable.

The Horse will be examined to see that the distinguishing marks on the horse and its color are correct and correspond to the specific details on the COGGINS papers.

Registration:

Coggins Registration will begin on Thursday 7am Central Daylight Savings time and close Saturday at noon Central Daylight Savings Time.

Per the map, all equine traffic will go the Spring Hill Masonic Lodge.  There is a 60 acre field for all trailers to pull into.   Each trailer will unload their horses and wait to be checked in by the on-site Equine Coordinator.  Once the Coggins Papers are verified, each horse will have a hoof spot painted to identify that is has been registered.  In addition a Vehicle Equine Registration Pass will be issued to each vehicle with the number of horses in the trailer, the signature of the On-Site Coordinator and a stamp.  At site entrance, the number of horses on the pass must match the number of horses in the trailer.

Warning: This pass will contain a specific emblem and stamp that can not be duplicated.  This pass will allow the Provost & Tennessee State Guard (TNSG) to identify that the vehicle and horses have gone through registration and can pass the occupants through.   The Pass will be displayed in your windshield dash through out the event.

No pass, no entrance.  No exceptions.

Requirements:

1.      Once on site, we recommend that if you have to leave the site to drop your trailers.  If not, then the TNSG must sign your Vehicle Equine Registration Pass as being empty.

2.      If you leave with Equine on your trailer, the TNSG will take your Vehicle Equine Registration Pass as you leave.  You are required to return to the Equine Registration for another pass.  Your Coggins papers will be checked and verified a second time.
